University can be a very stressful time for many, especially with a global pandemic happening. With classes switching to zoom, online instruction, virtual meetings and help, no access to in person help or counselling, heavy workloads, deadlines, technological issues, and more, the stress for university students only increases and may create more problems for those suffering from mental health issues. Many students who are struggling either don’t reach out for help or don’t know that help is available for them on campus. Therefore, we are providing information to you about the Wellness Center at the University of Winnipeg campus, free for all University of Winnipeg students!
